Leadership - eBusiness - Negotiation Skills - Economic Perspectives

 

Course Objectives:

 

The main objectives of this programme are to enable students to:

 

  • Explore and define the drivers of competitive people leadership and workplace practices.

  • Evaluate the imperatives for developing sustainable improvements in organisational competitiveness and people performance.

  • Develop organisational responses to eBusiness developments.

  • Evaluate the status quo and develop appropriate responses in terms of change management

  • Use professional Negotuiation Skills in defined scenarios 

  • Operate effectively in group projects and multi-disciplinary teams

 

Modules

 

This 10-Day course consists of four interconnected modules and two company visits. The modules are:

 

  1. Leadership

  2. eBusiness

  3. Applied Negotiation Skills

  4. Economic Perspectives for Managers

 

 

Company Visits

 

PAYPAL - Wednesday 7th of September

 

IBM - Wednesday 14th of September (Group 1)

 

IBM - Thursday 15th of September (Group 2)

 

Key Dates:

 

Monday, 10.00am September 5th DBS Registration - classes begin 11.00am 

Thursday, Septermber 15th, Final Exams.

Friday, September 16th, Presentations

 

Class Schedules

Classes are scheduled between 09.00am and 5.00pm
