Leadership - eBusiness - Negotiation Skills - Economic Perspectives
Course Objectives:
The main objectives of this programme are to enable students to:

Explore and define the drivers of competitive people leadership and workplace practices.

Evaluate the imperatives for developing sustainable improvements in organisational competitiveness and people performance.

Develop organisational responses to eBusiness developments.

Evaluate the status quo and develop appropriate responses in terms of change management

Use professional Negotuiation Skills in defined scenarios

Operate effectively in group projects and multi-disciplinary teams

This 10-Day course consists of four interconnected modules and two company visits. The modules are:
